Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to ROXSOCIAL. These Terms of Service govern your use of the ROXSOCIAL mobile application, operated by Eronile Alfonso Castellon and Anmol Sobti. By using ROXSOCIAL, you agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each person may only maintain one account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ROXSOCIAL.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to ROXSOCIAL. By posting content, you grant ROXSOCIAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to publish anything you post.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ROXSOCIAL to:

• harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users;
• post spam or unsolicited promotions;
• share hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent content;
• engage in any illegal activity;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically extract data from the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and may result in content removal or account suspension.

5. Race Data

Race results and workout data you submit are provided voluntarily. Publicly-available race results from third-party services (e.g. hyresult.com, results.hyrox.com) may be displayed in your profile when you choose to import them. You may remove your race data at any time through the app.

6. Live Tracking Consent

Live race tracking features require your explicit opt-in. You may revoke tracking consent at any time. Your bib number and registered race name are never shared with another user without your consent.

7. Managed Profiles (top athletes)

ROXSOCIAL displays managed profiles for prominent hybrid fitness athletes seeded from publicly-available race data. These profiles are clearly labeled, contain no real photos, and link to public sources. If you are one of these athletes, you may request removal or claim ownership of the profile by emailing support@roxsocial.app from a verifiable address.

8. Premium Features

ROXSOCIAL may offer premium subscription tiers in the future. Joining a waitlist is free and non-binding. When subscriptions become available, pricing and terms will be clearly communicated before any charges are made.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Race series disclaimer

ROXSOCIAL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX World GmbH, Upsolut Sports GmbH, DEKA, Deadly Dozen, Redline, or any other race organizer. Names of race series are used only to describe the events in which our users compete and remain the property of their respective trademark holders. ROXSOCIAL is an independent social platform built for the hybrid fitness community.

11. Limitation of Liability

ROXSOCIAL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall the operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ROXSOCIAL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
